Before forming QUBE Properties Ltd, Quintin held a position with a multi-national corporate real estate firm for eight years as a Senior Associate. Since 2008, Quintin has advised both private and institutional owners of commercial real estate to facilitate the sale or lease of over 1.9 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, with a transaction value of more than $400 million.
Quintin is well versed in contract negotiation, marketing, leasing, and property management of commercial assets in the Ottawa real estate market.
Ben began his career working with the world’s most extensive commercial real estate services and investment firm. He then managed the leasing for a 1.4 million sq. ft portfolio. He successfully brokered over 1.6 million sq. ft of transactions with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to budding local businesses. Ben specializes in the industrial, retail, retail development and office leasing sectors and is active in discovering, analyzing, and pursuing acquisition opportunities. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Sprott School of Business.
Before joining QUBE in 2019, Dan worked with an Ottawa-based commercial real estate company, where he gained valuable experience in the acquisition, leasing, and management of commercial properties. Dan has the proven ability to communicate with clients while guiding them through commercial transactions efficiently and effectively.
