1) Once a confirmation is validated a) ContractTo be signed and returned within 24h in order to confirm booking
b) Deposit Payment- Bookings made within 2 months of arrival – Full payment required
- Bookings made before the 2 month arrival date – 50% deposit required upon signature of contract then the balance made 2 months before arrival.

d) Damage DepositCredit card details only are required for the Damage Deposit – form provided by us. The amount varies from property to property.
2) Booking Dates- Congress Rental – Includes one day either side of the congress days.
- Holiday Rental – Saturday to Saturday (exceptions can be arranged on request).
3) Cancellation Policy- In case of cancellation after 60 days prior to the rental, 100 % of the rental cost will be due.
4) InsuranceThe tenant must have his own travel insurance to cover for his personal belongings.
5) PricesFor Congress Rental – upon request.

8) Type of Cleaning Service- Basic – Preparation of the apartment, linen, towels, toiletries, and end of stay cleaning
- Standard – Same as Basic in addition cleaning every other day
- VIP – Same as Basic in addition cleaning every day
